South Surrey/White Rock Real Estate and Mortgage Update
The Canadian Economy was sluggish for 2015, and the outlook for 2016, looks to be similar. Slow growth, means little ability for house-holds to support higher interest rates, therefore we expect the Bank of Canada to leave rates the same.
South Surrey/White Rock real estate continues to increase, with a shortage of listings, and increase of buyers with our spring market heading into full swing.
