Dave will typically walk through the property with seller to provide a few tips, point out possible fix ups, or areas of concern.
We offer complimentary design consulation and staging when we list a home to showcase it in the best possible light.
We conduct a detailed analysis of the property including information from city hall, B.C. tax assessment, neighbouring properties, local schools, parks, shopping and transit. We include this review in a booklet, for prospective buyers.

Our Feature Sheets are not simply high grade photos. We ensure they include detailed analysis of property for buyers.
We include all pertinent information to your property: city information available, lot and home sizes, warranty, improvements and any inspections to provide buyers the correct information first time round, which typcially increases the price of offers, and buyer's confidence in property.
One of the number one ways buyer's are introduced to properties. We like to post a professional For Sale Sign with Laminated Feature Sheet prominently on your property so everyone driving through the neighbourhood - and your neighbours - can help get the word out to people who want to live in your area.
We only allow your home to be shown to qualified buyers and report to you after each showing.
Showing Your Home:
We promote, advertise, attend showings and depending on the property, host by invitation or appointment only public open houses, realtor opens, and private cocktail parties.

When we first list a property we sign up for the Homelife Office Tour held each Tuesday. With an office of over 100 realtors, typically tours consist of 30 realtors are more, to get a first hand look and promote to their buyers. No wonder HomeLife sell a their listings in house.

Years gone by, besides a news paper advertisement, "Public Open Houses", were the only way buyers could view a property, however with the internet including: Google Earth, Full Photos, Drones, Videos, Matter Port and Floor Plan, open houses are less and less effective to attract a ready, cash buyer.
