Meet Dave and Team

Dave and Cindy have lived and worked in the South Surrey/Langley areas all their lives. Each over 25-year realtors and work alongside their daughter Kimberly Walker an 8-year realtor selling a wide range of properties.

The Walkers are known for their hard work, professionalism, knowledge, satisfied clients, cooperating with fellow realtors and giving back to the community, with many events throughout the year creating over 200 Five Star Reviews and Counting.

Dave brings a 25-year building and land development background into the business, having built over 200 homes, apartment buildings and developed numerous parcels of land, providing a wealth of knowledge to share with clients buying and selling real estate.

Cindy is a former banker and 20-year mortgage broker, detailed with loads of energy, together with Dave offering tremendous knowledge of the industry, old fashioned values, and the traditional ways of buying and selling real estate.

Kimberly brings innovation, inspiration and all avenues of social media to the table marketing our listings. Kimberly works with Cindy and Dave, plus real estate cleints of her own, and is also a current 10-year mortgage broker for the team, helping buyers and sellers determine financial needs, work through real estate contracts, and brokering mortgages, plus raising two daughters of her own in the local community.

We also have a 10-year working relationship with Iris Zhang, Sam Chen Group, NuStream Realty fluent in Mandarin, plus International Marketing our listings to the Asian community including Wee Chat, Red Book and Johome.com.

Over the years, the Walker's have received numerous awards for top productivity and performance, but what means most to us are satisfied clients and giving back to the community.
