Dave and Cindy Walker have been realtors for over 25 years, and joined by their daughter Amanda 16 years ago, with a marketing background, followed by Kimberly 6 years ago.
Dave brought a 25 year building and land development background into the business. Cindy is a 18 year mortage broker, along with Kimberly the lead broker with 9 years experience.
We believe as a team we offer a wealth of knowledge, traditional marketing, with Amanda and Kimberly bringing inspiration and social media to the table.

Amanda is a 16 year realtor, with a business and marketing background. Amanda is high energy, and works with integrity. She strives to deliver the best knowledge and service to every client, which is the key to her success!

Kimberly takes pride in being involved in the family business, plus raising her two daughters growing up in the South Surrey/White Rock School system and extra activities.
Kimberly is the 9 year lead mortgage broker for their team, licensed with Dominion Lending Centers, one of Canada’s lead mortgage companies, working with over 90 lenders.
Kimberly is also 6 year realtor, with HomeLife Benchmark Realty, working with clients of her own and lead assistant for the Walker Real Estate Team, winning Centurion Status HomeLife Canada 2021.
Iris has worked with the Walkers for over 10 years, and previously was licensed with HomeLife Benchmark Realty, and is a valuable asset to our team.
Due to the new Real Estate Council rules, with Iris licensed with NuStream Realty has worked out extremely well. Through reciprocity Iris can market our listings, similar to her own, and should she attract a buyer, she can represent the buyer, write a contract, and be paid.
Iris is an established 10 year realtor, with a background in land resource management. Iris is fluent in Mandarin and has excellent communication and negotiation skills which she brings with her from her customer service and management experiences.
Iris has a large wechat following promoting her and the Walker listings to her personal and business connections and Chinese realtors, including buyers, investors and real estate offices, in China.
