South Surrey/White Rock Real Estate and Mortgage Update
Foreign home buyers in our view are the main contributors to the housing boom. If we took, these buyers out of the equation, where would we be? Perhaps, more locals, would be able to afford housing.
The BC Housing has been studying the situation for over 1 year. Christy Clark says housing affordability initiatives, will be announced in the budget this year.
