Typically at this time of year, the market of buyers slow down and a few good deals could be had. Not this season!
We have had the good fortune to be working with a number of buyers the past few months and are having a difficult time, finding homes.
All categories: Available Detached and Attached are becoming, few and far between.
Sunny lots, with conventional layouts and in good shape are almost none existent. Sunny lots, with older homes are being knocked over and rebuilt. These sellers are mostly, moving to the island, the interior, or purchasing the town homes and condos in the area.
Realtors are typically listing properties, hold off showings for a week, then on the day of the first set of showings, there are multiple buyers with offers, in hand. Truly a seller’s dream.
We are told interest rates, should remain steady until late 2016 or early 2017. Therefore, with the low supply and interest rates, we do not see any short term correction.
Bottom line, if you were thinking about a move. Now would be a great time to get the most possible money for your home, with the least amount of inconvenience.
