Canada Mortgage and Housing has conducted a recent survey and found the average house price in Vancouver to be: $909,293.
Based on a 25 year mortgage, with 20% down, at a rate of 2.5%, a buyer would need to earn: $120,297.00 to purchase this $909,293 home.
Even in our South Surrey/White Rock area, buyers are having to look to older homes or smaller lots, to purchase a home for less than $909,293.00.
