RELISTED: January 2016 – $1,250,000 and JUST SOLD over the list price.

Approximate Increase in 7 months: $500,000

 

Old Timer Sold:

Habgood Avenue, East White Rock SOLD: May 2015 – $1,050,000

RELISTED: January 2016 – $1,369,000 and JUST SOLD over the list price

Approximate increase in 7 months: $350,000
