Dave and Cindy have lived and worked in South Surrey/White Rock and Langley all their lives, raised 3 children and now enjoy 5 grandchildren.

Dave and Cindy have teamed up with their daughters, Amanda and Kimberly. Amanda Walker

Amanda has a business and marketing background. With her high energy and integrity, strives to deliver the best knowledge and service to every client, “The  key to her success!” Amanda keeps her team up to date on the latest technology trends, and social media marketing avenue.

Amanda gives back to the community involved in fund raising events, including Sources Coldest Night of Year and the Realtor Blanket Drive. She has also been busy this year, raising her young daughter, passing her experience onto clients to assist them with their purchases.

Kimberly Walker

Kimberly Walker has grown up in the family business involved in real estate, mortgages and giving

back to the community, including Sources Coldest Night of Year and the Realtor Blanket Drive.

Kimberly takes the most pride in raising her two daughters involved in the local school system and activities.

Kimberly is dually licensed as a 6 year mortgage broker and a 3 year realtor.

She is the lead mortgage broker, with Cindy Walker, as her licensed 16 year mortgage broker assistant.

Both licensed with Dominion Lending Centers, one of Canada’s lead mortgage companies, working with over 90 lenders, for all your financial needs, including first time and repeat buyers, debt consolidations, reverse mortgages and those hard to finance deals.

We live in Amble Greene.

 

The Walkers listed and sold our neighbour’s home early in the year. They were under a lot of stress, as they had purchased another home and wanted to sell their home quickly and were especially pleased bc The Walker Team was able to sell for them fast. They also raved about the marketing, including drone video, professional photography and floor plans, plus the many web sites, social media, paper and magazine coverage. The said, “The Walkers were constantly in touch, with strategy’s to attract the right buyer, including open houses with their Chinese associate, Iris Zhang”. When they did receive an offer, they were also impressed with the negotiation of their contract , the fact that they got more money than expected, and as above – the deal was done quickly.

 

As a result, we interviewed the team and our experience was the same. We were especially impressed with the different strengths of all team members so all of our needs were met. And because there were so many of them, we always had someone available immediately to address any questions or follow ups we had. The professional stager they provided was also great. I would not have had the motivation to get the house stage ready without her and Kimberly’s help.  Dave’s  building background helped us through the home inspection, and Cindy’s tireless work ethic was the icing on the cake!!
