Iris Zhang

Iris has been a valuable asset to our team. Due to the new Real Estate Council rules, Iris markets our listings, as we hers however, should she or we, have a buyer that wants to buy any of our listings, by law we cannot represent the buyer.

Therefore we collectively made a decision to continue to market each other's listings but separate ourselves as a team.

Iris is an established realtor, with 8 years of real estate experience and a background in land resource management. Iris is fluent in Mandarin and has excellent communication and negotiation skills which she brings with her from her customer service and management experiences.

We live in Amble Greene.

 

The Walkers listed and sold our neighbour’s home early in the year. They were under a lot of stress, as they had purchased another home and wanted to sell their home quickly and were especially pleased bc The Walker Team was able to sell for them fast. They also raved about the marketing, including drone video, professional photography and floor plans, plus the many web sites, social media, paper and magazine coverage. The said, “The Walkers were constantly in touch, with strategy’s to attract the right buyer, including open houses with their Chinese associate, Iris Zhang”. When they did receive an offer, they were also impressed with the negotiation of their contract , the fact that they got more money than expected, and as above – the deal was done quickly.

 

As a result, we interviewed the team and our experience was the same. We were especially impressed with the different strengths of all team members so all of our needs were met. And because there were so many of them, we always had someone available immediately to address any questions or follow ups we had. The professional stager they provided was also great. I would not have had the motivation to get the house stage ready without her and Kimberly’s help.  Dave’s  building background helped us through the home inspection, and Cindy’s tireless work ethic was the icing on the cake!!
